Some of our favourite restaurants and some that people who have stayed in Puerto Mogan have mentioned.
A great little bar/café serving simple home-made tapas and local dishes. A good place to meet locals and regular vistors to Puerto Mogan.
La Cicala, Italian restaurant about halfway along the beach front promenade serves excellent salads, fish, pasta, pizza, and other Italian dishes and has a great view out over the beach and the bay. It's also a fantastic place to sit and have a couple of drinks while watching the sunset.
On the beach front, creative and innovative fish dishes beautifully presented. Some of the English translations in the menu can be innovative too!
On Explanada de Castillete, this restaurant serves excellent locally caught fish and also meat dishes, accompanied by live Canarian, Spanish and South American music sung and played by the padron, Antonio and friends.
Pizza, fish and meat dishes cooked on a wood-fired grill and served in magnificently rustic surroundings. Some people like it so much that they never eat anywhere else! You may need to reserve a table.
Small, cosy restaurant near the fishing harbour, their fresh fish has been highly recommended by people staying in the apartment, and it's one of our favourites too. Sandra cooks the food and Jorg catches the fish. During the summer the restaurant is closed at the weekend.
A harbour-side restaurant serving excellent tapas and Mediterranean-style seafood a subtle style of its own. Highly recommended.
