One bedroom ground floor harbourside apartment

This very comfortable ground-floor apartment has one bedroom with two twin beds. In the lounge there is a bed-settee which will provide two single beds. There is a small room adjoining the bedroom with a small child's bed which can be extended for older children and security sides are available for smaller children A travelling cot and high chair are also available. There is a ceiling fan in the small back room and a portable electric fan. A cot, high chair and fan are available.

The apartment is best suited to a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 10.

Step-free access, wide doorways, and hand holds in the bathroom also make the apartment wheelchair user friendly.

The lounge is equipped with a TV (some UK and English speaking channels) a DVD player and CD/cassette player, together with a selection of DVDs, CDs and books, but please note there is no wifi access in the apartment (access is available at many of the bars and restaurants). There is a ceiling fan in the small back room and portable electric fan .

The kitchen area has a two-ring hob, combi microwave/grill, fridge, toaster and electric kettle. It is also well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

In the shower-room (with toilet) there is a washing machine. A hairdryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board are available. Bed linen and towels (including beach towels) and utilities are included.

The small garden has a grassed area with two sun-loungers and paved area with a table, four patio chairs and a parasol, perfect for dining or sitting out in the evening.

Please note: this is a no-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do so in the garden. An ashtray is provided.
